Our approach in more detail

The customer requirement is discussed as inventory, documented and implemented in a specification sheet. Important points to fix are: media and temperature resistance, mechanical or electrical requirements, geometric or normative constraints, etc. In the first step, we select appropriate insulation and jacket materials, in the second step, we draft a building proposal. Through a continuous dialogue with our customers we ensure the suitability of our products for their particular applications. After the clearance of the respective prototype, after-sales coordination is carried out in order to document the final details for the series release.
