Cable Manufacturing: Extrusion
We extrude and deliver a wide variety of insulations and jackets for wires and cables using a variety of plastics.
The plastic is melted at 120 - 350 ° C and applied in a continuous extrusion process onto the copper conductor as insulation or on the twisted assembly as a sheath. We offer round jackets, but can also supply profiled surfaces, for example with speaker cables or as flat cables as used in elevator applications.
