Cable manufacturing: taping

Here we place electrical insulation tapes under metal shields. Or synthetic fleeces are used as an additional gliding component for constantly moving cables.

As an inexpensive alternative, we recommend metallized foils as a  shield for static cables.

On cables with low requirements on flexibility, the taping is carried out longitudinally, else in a separate process in which the tape is wrapped helicoidally around the assembly.
