Cable assembly banana plugs, lamellar plugs, bunch plugs
These are often used in electrical test laboratories and are sometimes also called 4 mm spring plugs or lamella plugs. These are connectors for low voltage with low to medium electrical current (usually up to 16 A). And where does the curious name come from? The curved "banana shape" of its leaf spring element, which anchors the connector in the socket - but in such a way that it can still be released without tools. Banana connectors are assembled at Sarek Kabel in a wide variety of shapes and colors, with and without strain relief, for a wide variety of custom cables and test cables for laboratory use.
