Cable Assembly Printed Circuit Board Connectors
For printed circuit boards, there are a wide variety of connectors for single wires and also in IDC technology for ribbon cables. These are described, for example, in DIN 41651 and can be assembled quickly and inexpensively.
Here you see a connection cable pin to socket, which is manufactured with a shielded flat round cable. The shield is applied over a core, so that first the closed area in the cable is searched for as a beginning. Then one wire is cut in the slotted area and both sides are soldered to the shield.
